No one wants to find themselves with a need for a collision center. However, when I did, I’m glad I went to Bik’s. I usually have repairs done at a local dealership, and have generally been satisfied. I tried Bik’s primarily because they were able to get me in promptly for an estimate and worked with my schedule so that the 10 days my car would need to be with them (less time than estimated by the dealership) imposed as little an inconvenience on me as possible.
Before starting work, Bik’s identified other unrelated blemishes (parking lot dings and scrapes) that they suggested I take care of while the car was in. They were not pushy to add the extra work, but explained that, when they would make my car “look as good as when I bought it,” those blemishes would be more noticeable. They quoted me a very fair price, kept within that budget, and finished everything on time.
I was kept regularly updated throughout the repair process so I knew when to expect my car to be finished (again, on schedule). For a planner like me, this added a peace of mind I do not usually find. I picked up my car two days ago. True to their word, it looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot, on the timeline they gave me, and within the budget I was quoted.
I hope I never have occasion to need the services of a collision center again. But if I do, I will be headed to Bik’s. I recommend them without the slightest reservation.

The pride and quality of Bik's Auto Collision repair service was evident when repairing our Subaru Crosstrek after hitting a deer.
The check-in process was easy and reassuring. First, we were able to schedule an appointment online through our insurance carrier. Second, the owner walked us through the process, explained current supply chain challenges, and patiently answered all of our questions regarding the process and timeline.
We received updates via text message throughout the repair process - not too many, almost too few... pretty much just right.
The car was finished ahead time based on our understanding of current part supply chain issues and delays.
The repair work exceeded our expectations - the early attention to detail ensured that damaged components were identified and replaced.
Lastly (and most unexpectedly), after picking up the car, we noted that Bik's did a light detail of the driver's cabin (floor mats, wiped controls, etc). Probably due to the repair technicians needing to sit to move the car in and out of the garage. This personal touch was an amazing close to our experience working with Bik's.
Hopefully, we don't have a need in the near future, but Bik's will be the first place we look to and recommend for our auto collision needs.

I purchased my 2021 Toyota Tacoma in October of last year. I very much enjoyed making the minor cosmetic upgrades to my truck and am proud of the token of my hard work.
Everything came screeching to a halt (literally) on October 14, 2022. My brother and I were traveling when we encountered a relatively minor fender bender on the highway - to my surprise resulting in nearly $10,000 worth of damage to my truck. Fortunately my brother and I were able to reach our destination as we were only 30 minutes away, however the sting of wrecking my new truck was a very tough pill to swallow throughout the weekend.
My brother, recognized my anguish and almost immediately reached out to friend and owner, Mike Bik. We sent a few photos to Mike showing the damage. Within 30 minutes of the accident, I was reassured that my truck was in working condition, instructed on how to file a claim and get an estimate approved for his shop, and that he would be able to make everything look as good as new. He told me that following our weekend he would be able to get the truck in for an estimate.
Five days after the accident, I was in the parking lot of Bik's Auto Collision where Mike introduced me to Carlitos, the estimator for my insurance provider. My heart sunk to during his examination as I could hear the sounds of the damage I created, watching plastic pieces fall to the ground, my grill was falling apart, my hood was flopping as it could not be reattached, exposing much more internal damage than I had originally anticipated. I was feeling a bit nervous about the ability to repair my truck as Carlitos wired everything together so I could get it home. Sensing my nervousness, I was once again met with reassurance and confidence from both Mike and Carlitos that I was in good hands and they would be able to restore the truck to excellent condition.
Mike, Carlitos, and I set a plan to determine how long it would take to order and receive parts and to schedule a tentative delivery. Due to current supply chain issues and many car parts on back order, I was anticipating this process to take two or three months. I was caught off guard when Mike told me he would likely be able to have the parts in within the week, and wanted me to bring the truck back the following Monday so they could begin working.
The customer service provided throughout the process was excellent. Bik's Auto Collision relieved the headache of dealing with the insurance company, they acted on my behalf by negotiating on certain parts and ensuring no corners would be cut. I was updated many times, texts, status update calls, notifications on which parts did not fit correctly and which parts would need to be reordered, and again reassurance that everything was coming along nicely and so far according to plan.
They are very accommodating as well. We are waiting on OEM fender flares which are unfortunately back ordered as the "aftermarket" flares are not quite the right fit. However, Mike wanted to get the truck back to me as soon as possible - so in the meantime the aftermarket part will do, and only three weeks after dropping my truck off I am once again able to enjoy the fruits of my labor! Of course once the OEM parts arrive, Mike and his team will have me in and be able to quickly swap the new fender flares out.
It took ONE single month!!
From the accident on 10/14, to pick-up on 11/14. I truly didn't think this process would go this fast - like I said, pleasant surprise.
I want to say thanks again to Mike and his team for everything. From the accident advice, to the estimate, dealing with insurance, ordering parts, to instillation and customization - I could not be more pleased with my experience. The work is guaranteed. Their attention to detail made me feel as if they were repairing their own vehicles, the customer service was consistent and informative, and their professionalism and expertise in their craft is second to none.
I truly hope to never find myself in these circumstances again, however if I do, I know where I will go - Bik's Auto Collision.

Not only did Bik's fit me into a impromtu early opening, help me navigate the insurance bureaucracy, and do a fantastic job with my car... they had it back to me by the end of the week as well.

Michael Bik shows a level of confidence by putting his name on the business. It's apparent he strives to ensure every customer receives top notch service. He was fully transparent throughout the process and was eager to make it as seamless as possible for me. From setting up an incorrectly booked rental car for me last minute to updating me on every detail of the service - This full-disclosure attitude is not common in the car repair industry so I respect that.
The actual repairs done to the rear panel of my car turned out pristine. Unfortunately, due to the sheen black of my car any pictures I have won't really do justice.
This was my first ever experience dealing with a car damage incident and hopefully will be the last, but I would trust Bik's again anytime. This is truly an exceptional example of a locally-owned business.

On 10/2/22 I had a minor accident in a hotel parking lot in a New Jersey resort town. My insurance carrier wanted to handle estimates and repairs near there which is about 200 miles from my home in PA. I insisted I could safely drive home and all matters could be handled efficiently by the GEICO staff and a repair shop they had experience with. GEICO actually set up an appointment for me, Mike Bik, an appraiser, an employee of Enterprise Car Rental to deliver a car for me to use while repairs were done. In 5 minutes or less I could see that Mike was very experienced, knowledgeable, and yet cheerful and courteous. He went outside with me to look at my car and the damage I had seen. Then he told me which things were easy to repair or replace and which things were unseen but were also likely to need repairs. At the same time he had to answer a few phone calls and give attention to an employee who was already working on another car. He still did an excellent job inspecting my car and giving me a tentative estimate of the cost. He also told me the repairs might take as long as 7 to 9 days. Then on 10/12 he texted me that work was going smoothly and would likely be completed by 10/14. Then in the morning of 10/13. (today) he called to tell me my car was finished and I could pick it up by 3:30 because they close at 4:00. I said I’ll be there! When I saw my car I could not believe my eyes. It looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line! His men had washed it, cleaned the inside of the windows, and vacuumed the seats and the carpet. Bik’s employees obviously like their jobs, work hard, and that shows in the results! Bik’s men are actually craftsmen. I give Bik’s a five star rating and wholeheartedly recommend them.
